Problems do occur, after all we are all human. But ASI can assist in a number of ways. For example, we provide your employees with an employee handbook, which defines your policies and procedures regarding equal opportunity, discrimination, harassment and a drug-free workplace. We believe all disputes should be settled through the innovative method of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program, which offers numerous advantages to all parties. ASI will work with you and your employees to resolve any issue in an efficient, professional manner.
Am I just adding to my costs by contracting with you?
When you contract with ASI, you gain resources and expertise from a team of professionals for the cost of payroll administration.
Will my responsibilities change when contracting with ASI?
You will still maintain control over day to day operations including hiring, wage setting, labor relations, and job delegations. We will act as administration of record managing your HR responsibilites.
