We are not an employment agency, nor are we a temporary service. ASO stands for Administrative Services Organization. We become our client's Human Resource Department. We process your payroll. But we offer much more, from benefit packages to safety programs to tax filings - ASI Employer Solutions (ASI) is at your service, allowing you to concentrate on your core business.

Great! ASI can augment your department by performing already existing tasks more efficiently or by providing additional services such as employee handbooks, training, and personnel administration.

Will my responsibilities change when contracting with ASI?
You will still maintain control over day to day operations including hiring, wage setting, labor relations, and job delegations. ASI Employer Solutions will process your payrolls, issue W-2s, file taxes on your behalf, and offer guidance and support in areas concerning safety and human resources.
